NextPoint (“we”, “us”) operates this website and an early-access waitlist for a season workspace for competitive tennis. This policy explains what data we collect through the site and how we use it.

What we collect

• Waitlist signups: your email address, and — if you choose to share them — your role (player, parent, coach, other) and a free-text comment.
• Contact messages: the details you include when you write to us.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage (pages visited, approximate region, device type). Analytics runs only on the production site.

How we use it

• To email you about NextPoint early access — only after you have given consent.
• To answer your messages and shape the early-access program.
• To improve the website.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that run our infrastructure (hosting, email delivery, analytics).

Retention

Waitlist data is kept while the early-access program runs. You can leave the list at any time — every email includes an unsubscribe option, or you can write to us directly.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond as soon as we can.

Changes

If our data practices change — for example when the app launches — we will update this page and, where the change is material, notify the waitlist by email.
